*Agents must submit program registration form, complete the company-referred licensing course, and affiliate with a Coldwell Banker Realty company in a participating market (Atlanta, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Mid-Atlantic, New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Pittsburgh) to be eligible for this program. Reimbursement for licensing course to be paid upon closing your first transaction (home sale or purchase) as an agent affiliated with the company.
